Dr. Paulo N. Correa, HBA, BSc, MSc, PhD, is a biophysicist, molecular biologist, hematologist (specialty oncology), political scientist, author and inventor. His academic background includes extensive interdisciplinary and multilingual studies, in both Europe and North America, in the fields of Biophysics, Biochemistry, Cellular and Molecular Biology, Oncology, Law, Political Science, Sociology, Languages and Music. He holds a Master's Degree in Biophysics and a Doctoral Degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology, both from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto.
In the fields of oncology and hematopoiesis, and together with Dr. A. Axelrad, Prof. Emeritus at the University of Toronto, he has published extensively in scientific journals (Blood, International Journal of Cell Cloning), and is co-author of two seminal patents for a novel serum-free, chemically-defined tissue culture medium, and its application to the study of normal and leukemic cell responses. Amongst several other breakthroughs, it has permitted new insight into the causation of blood neoplasms such as Polycythemia vera, Essential Thrombocytosis and idiopathic myelofibrosis.
In the fields of alternative physics, biophysics, and power generation, the experimental and theoretical work of Dr. Correa and his partner, Ms. Alexandra Correa - co-author, co-inventor and collaborator of three decades - has generated a novel and systematic analytical framework (extensively presented in the Correas' publications) that has challenged orthodox physical and biophysical paradigms, and has proven itself through several technological inventions of the Correas in the areas of physics, biophysics, biochemistry, and analytical instrumentation, some with special application to clinical oncology (see Aetherometry Milestones). The Correas have received twelve pioneering patents in advanced plasma electrodynamic systems and energy conversion.
Dr. Correa is the R&D Director of the Aurora Biophysics Research Institute (ABRI. He is also Senior Partner of Akronos Publishing (Vaughan, Canada), a small independent book- and web-publisher of scientific research monographs.
Ms. Alexandra N. Correa is a psychologist and sociologist (HBA, York University, Toronto), associate glassblower, painter and graphic artist. She is co-author of over 80 publications, including 5 books, in the fields of alternative physics, biophysics, power generation, and philosophy of science, as well as co-inventor of several alternative energy systems in the areas of electrodynamics, thermodynamics, and massfree energy. Ms. Correa is Senior Partner of Akronos Publishing.
