ABSTRACT This ground-breaking communication presents the original aetherometric theory of the cosmological processes responsible for generating the gravitational G force constant. G is shown to be a strict function of the superimposition and electrodynamic properties of the massfree Aether, and of its interaction with cosmological massbound charges that result in the production of the microwave cosmic background radiation (mCBR). A fundamental cosmic acceleration constant is identified for the first time, along with a novel determination of the non-instantaneous apparent velocity of propagation of G.
